You are invited to attend a special dinner event on 29 September 2006 at
Kopano Nokeng Country Lodge to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the Friends of Boyden. Participants to the ASSA Symposium will also attend the dinner, bringing astronomy enthusiasts as well as amateur and professional astronomers from all over the country together. Various other ceremonies will also take place. A buffet dinner will be served. Family members welcome.
Kopano Nokeng is 12 km from Boyden Observatory to the east of the city of Bloemfontein.
National and international representatives from various institutions will take part in the ceremonies.
